Horndal laid waste to Bertas in their hometown of Horndal, Dalarna on September 7, 2024. If weren’t there – as most of us weren’t – you can check it out alongside a whole documentary above directed by Mattias Erik Johansson! Just try not to lose your damn mind while watching it. Which trust me, is gonna be way harder than you think it is.

On the album, Johansson and the band offered: “Horndal built up courage and returned to where it all began — the dead steel town and forgotten hellhole of Horndal, Dalarna — for one violent night of noise, chaos, and resurrection.
“Now captured in a brand new live album and documentary. Horndal – Alive at Bertas documents the madness as it unfolded: 140 crammed into a dirty pizza joint and dive bar – built for 80, 200 more local maniacs outside on sofas brought from their living rooms, beers flying, amps screaming, fistfights breaking out. For one night, Horndal came back to life. And we were there to kill it again.”
